Mr. Chen Haosu is President of Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) and Co-President of United Cities and Local Governments Asia-Pacific Regional Section (UCLG ASPAC). He served successively as Secretary of the Central Secretariat of All China Youth Federation, Vice Mayor of Beijing Municipal People's Government, deputy Minister of Radio, Film and Television, and Vice President of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC). He is currently the President of the CPAFFC as well as the President of China International Friendship Cities Association (CIFCA), the President of China-Russia Friendship Association, and President of China-EU Association in addition to his status as a member of the 9th National Committee of the Chinese People's Consultative Conference.
