Mr. Zheng Xiaoping, founder and partner of BAZO, has over 22 years of real estate related experience of which nearly 12 years is focused on the China market. Mr. Zheng’s track record in real estate project development, large-scale urban development as well as project financing brought his team numerous industry awards.
 
Since year 2000, Mr. Zheng has been leading BAZO in :
    - Working with developers such as Capitaland, New World and Beijing Capital in over 1 million square meters of real estate project development consulting.
    - Advising large scale urban development over a total of 1350 square kilometers for 18 cities including Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan.
    - Advising and collaborating with international investment, consulting and conference groups in entering China.
    - Recommended 15 investment grade projects with a total value of RMB 16 Billion during an investment conference in Dubai, 2006.

Mr. Zheng is a frequent speaker at international conferences on subjects of large project development strategies and real estate investment in China. Working with four major international investment conferences, his unique China Project Showcases has been providing added value for both local developers and international investors. July, 2008, he was invited to speak at Harvard University to a group of institutional investors on the topic of investment in infrastructure and real estates in China.

He is the author of the book “Creative China City”, which sets a new standard for large scale urban development in China by emphasizing a well received, balance process of positioning – planning – promoting – financing.

Mr.Zheng graduated from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute (USA) in 1986 with a professional degree in Architecture. He had worked in the USA, Singapore and Hong Kong before he relocated to China in year 2000.

He currently serves on the expert committee of the China Commercial Real Estate Association.  He has taught at the Bainian – Tsinghua University Real Estate CEO class; at the China Pudong Executive Leadership Academy where aspiring city mayors practice urban development theory; and at the Harvard GSD Executive Program on “How to Invest In China Real Estate”.
